How We Disclose Personal Information

We share personal information with the following parties, only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, processes payments, and provides analytics. Learn more in Shopify's Privacy Policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Supliful, our fulfillment partner. Supliful receives your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and order details to produce, pack, and ship your order and to handle order issues.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Shopify's built-in analytics to understand how visitors use the Services, such as which pages and products are viewed. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which you may be asked to consent to depending on your location.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising through our "Your Privacy Choices" page, linked in the footer of our website, or by enabling Global Privacy Control.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties located in countries other than where you live. We may also use Shopify features that rely on data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify. In these cases, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to requests to exercise your rights over that use. To learn more, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en, where you may also exercise certain rights depending on where you live.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. We use:

  • Necessary cookies, which are required for the store, cart, checkout, and account features to work.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Services.
  • Marketing cookies, where used, which help show relevant content and offers, with your consent where required in your location.

You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie banner, where shown, and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works. For details about the cookies Shopify uses, visit https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, depending on where you live, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for the device and browser you use. To learn more, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org. Other than GPC, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no consistent industry standard for them.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to request deletion. We do not have actual knowledge that we "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no security measures are perfect. Information sent to us may not be secure while in transit, so please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account and order records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Shopify uses limited automated processes to prevent fraud, which do not have a legal or similarly significant effect. These include a temporary block of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, lasting a small number of hours, and a temporary block of payment cards associated with those IP addresses, lasting a small number of days.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances.

  • Access / Know: request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete: request that we delete your personal information.
  • Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Portability: receive a copy of your personal information and request that it be transferred to a third party.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: you can do this through our "Your Privacy Choices" page or by enabling Global Privacy Control.
  • Communication preferences: you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in our emails. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your orders, subscription, or account.

To exercise these rights, contact us at ynshmool@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting such a request, we will require proof of the agent's authorization, and we may need to verify your identity directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

We process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • the performance of our contract with you, such as fulfilling your order or subscription;
  • your consent, such as for marketing cookies, where required;
  • compliance with our legal obligations;
  • our legitimate interests, such as preventing fraud and improving the Services, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country where you live, including in the United States and Canada. When we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK contracts, unless the transfer is to a country with an adequate level of protection.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details under "Contact" above. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website and update the "Last updated" date.
